This program draws on over 60 years of research that illuminates how a person’s experience of work is driven by their underlying thought patterns. These patterns, of which we generally have little awareness, shape a person’s unique perceptions, choices, and outcomes.

This course is composed of three sections: Pre-work, Application, and Coaching.



Pre-work

The majority of pre-work for this course can be done independently. However, to help you get introduced to the course and your peers, we will be hosting a Kick-Off Zoom session. The pre-work for this course is composed of easy-to-follow videos and readings with a couple of practice questions and exercises that you can look back on the day before the course to help recall what you've learned.

Application

The Application section of the course will give you the opportunity to engage with what InterActive Leadership is and how it can benefit you.

Coaching

The Coaching session is a personalized experience that helps you apply InterActive Leadership to your own life.

  • How long should the online materials take me to complete?

    Everyone moves at their own pace! We've recorded 3 hours of video content, but there are exercises to complete in between. The courses are designed to be for every kind of learner, so feel free to take the course in one sitting or make progress whenever you take a coffee break.
